integrative Therapeutic Solutions (ITS) is a small private practice of holistic mind and body wellness. Integrative practices such as massage & bodywork, Breath & Meditation, Yoga & QiGong, nutritional supplementation, flower essences, and essential oils are recommended to augment your lifestyle and bring overall well being. ITS strives to help the individual integrate all of the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects into their healing journey.
After many years in the health and wellness industry , a career in social work , education and mental health, I aspired to INTEGRATE ! And so , ITS was born! The intent is to integrate the needs of the entire individual into the journey of self empowerment, self acceptance, and self awareness.
I practice YOGA, Qi gong, Pilates, Meditation and use Smoothies, whole food supplements and Essential oils for preventative wellness practice and supplemental health care. I am a student on the journey of Enlightenment and aspire to be of service where i am able. I look forward to assisting you on your journey towards greater Vitality and Balance in your life!
I place my trust in and faith in God, I am grateful for my family, my best friend and life partner Steve, my dog and cats, my health and the honor of doing this work!
I hope to get to know you and help you integrate more fully, accept more completely, love more lovingly, express more clearly and live more abundantly!

MASSAGE THERAPIST : Aaron Orrico, LMT
Whether you want a nice relaxing massage to sooth your body & soul, or a deep tissue massage to release stress or injury, rest assured you will be in good hands with me. My preferred massage style blends the smooth strokes of Swedish with the muscle and fascia lengthening techniques of Structural Integration and the renewing and relaxing energy of Reiki. However my first priority is your needs and I stay versatile and receptive to your preferences and feedback. I have often been called the Therapist's therapist. I attribute that to the fact that I have been A Reiki Master/Teacher as well as a yoga, tai chi, and chi kung instructor for almost 20 years. That and my martial arts experience have given me deep insight and intuition into the body and the energy field.
MASSAGE THERAPIST AND BODYWORKER, Mira Bai Fairlight, LMT, CYT
I have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002; trained at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe, NM. I hold NCBTMB national certification, state licensing through Arizona, and am a member in good standing with the ABMP. I am also a certified yoga instructor. I began my medical training in Paramedic school, and have used my science and anatomy education to enhance my understanding of the mechanisms of injury to the body. I am currently completing my Applied Associates Degree/Physical Therapy Assistant Certification at San Juan College. Under tutelage of a talented Physical Therapist, I treat patients in a physical therapy office for various injuries, surgeries, and illnesses. My specialty is Ashiatsu Barefoot Bar Therapy, which I use with my private clients. This therapy is considered the deepest, most luxurious massage on the planet. After experiencing the pain relief and increase mobility gained with Ashiatsu, most of my clients choose not to go back to other swedish massage techniques. My training includes Aromatherapy, Thai Massage, Reiki, Bach Flower Essences, Structural Integration, Sports Massage, and Active Isolated Stretching, among others. I utilize my knowledge and experience to work with an individual's challenges and limitations, incorporating a soothing Lomi Lomi flair into each of my strokes. I can use bodywork and essential oils to help treat symptoms associated with conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, TMJ Disorder, frozen shoulder, sciatic pain, lower back pain, auto accidents, work and sports injuries, high blood pressure, stress and anxiety, depression and fatigue. I hope you will contact me to discuss whether my bodywork techniques would be appropriate for your body.
